In the Orioles Network story on Greg (age 11) in 1996 - hosted and produced by Melissa Stark, Dr. Benjamin Carson was asked by Melissa to be an expert consultant. However, Dr. Carson was not Greg's doctor.
Dr. Dennis Johnson, a Pediatric Neurosurgeon at Children's National Medical Center in 1988, performed the 10 hour brain surgery which saved Greg's life when his aneurysm was successfully "clipped".
No one in the Wagner family can thank this great man enough for giving Greg his life back.
